Tele-Health Consultations will only be provided once a patient has seen one of our physicians for a face to face consultation. Please click here if you have not had your face to face consultation yet.

****Before the required annual visit, some Doctors may require you to come in for a supplemental In Person Follow-Up Visit. In this case the fee will be $225. ****
